Clear Answers Before a Leader Applies or Joins.
What is The CEO Magazine Leadership Network?+
A curated leadership community for CEOs, Founders, Promoters, Managing Directors, Business Owners, qualifying Directors and select senior decision-makers. It is designed around trusted peer relationships, confidential leadership conversations, curated introductions, knowledge exchange and meaningful experiences.
Is this simply a networking club?+
No. Networking is one element, but the Network is being designed around deeper and repeated interaction through CEO Peer Councils, leadership conversations, curated introductions, dinners, roundtables, knowledge exchange, thought leadership and selected experiences.
Who can apply?+
Primarily CEOs, Founders, Co-Founders, Promoters, Managing Directors, Business Owners, Executive Directors and Whole-Time Directors. Select senior C-suite leaders may also be considered.
Is there a minimum turnover requirement?+
Applicants would ordinarily represent organisations with annual revenues of approximately ₹3 crore+. This is a normal qualification benchmark rather than an absolute rule.
My company is below ₹3 crore. Can I still apply?+
Yes. Exceptional applicants may be considered based on business growth, funding, scale, leadership responsibility, innovation, entrepreneurial achievement, market impact or strategic relevance.
My company is above ₹3 crore. Does that guarantee acceptance?+
No. Community fit, leadership responsibility, reputation and contribution also matter.
Can senior corporate executives join?+
Yes, selectively. Senior C-suite or Director-level leaders carrying substantial organisational responsibility may be considered even where they do not own the business.
Can consultants or professional-services firms join?+
Yes, provided the applicant meets broader eligibility criteria. Community composition will be managed to prevent the Network from becoming dominated by service providers seeking to sell to members.
What is the Founding 50?+
The first 50 approved members of the Delhi NCR Founding Chapter — the inaugural membership cohort of the Network.
What is the Founding Membership fee?+
₹75,000 + GST per annum.
What does three-year price protection mean?+
Founding Members who remain eligible, in good standing and renew on time retain the ₹75,000 + GST annual membership rate for their first three membership years. This does not require paying for all three years in advance.
Will future members pay more?+
Membership pricing may evolve as the Network grows and adds programmes, chapters and experiences. The Founding 50 rate is reserved for the inaugural cohort.
Can I simply pay the membership fee and join?+
No. Membership is subject to application and approval. Payment is requested only after acceptance.
Why is membership reviewed?+
The review process helps maintain leadership-level relevance, community quality, industry balance, professional standards and Peer Council compatibility.
How long is membership valid?+
Membership is generally structured on an annual basis from the date of activation or the applicable membership cycle. Exact renewal dates should be communicated at onboarding.
Is membership transferable?+
No. Membership is granted to the approved individual and is non-transferable, even where the organisation pays the fee.
What happens if I change companies?+
Continued membership may be reviewed based on the new role and ongoing eligibility. Membership cannot simply be transferred to another executive.
What is a CEO Peer Council?+
A small confidential group of approximately 10-12 business leaders meeting regularly to discuss real business and leadership issues.
How often will Peer Councils meet?+
Monthly.
Are Peer Council meetings confidential?+
Yes. Members should not disclose another member's sensitive business, financial, personal or organisational information without permission.
Will competitors be in the same Peer Council?+
Where reasonably practical, direct competitors will be placed in different Peer Councils. The wider Network may contain leaders from similar sectors.
Are Peer Councils mandatory?+
They are intended to be one of the most valuable parts of membership. Members allocated to a Council are strongly encouraged to participate consistently.
Can I send an employee in my place?+
No. Peer Council participation is connected to the approved individual member.
What events are included?+
Eligible programmes may include CEO Peer Councils, leadership conversations, private roundtables, member dinners, knowledge sessions, annual gatherings and selected member experiences. The exact annual calendar may evolve.
Are all events free for members?+
Core Network programmes are intended to be included where stated. Certain premium retreats, international delegations, travel programmes, luxury experiences or specially ticketed programmes may carry separate charges.
Can I bring a guest?+
Selected events may allow approved guests. CEO Peer Councils are member-only. Other guest access depends on programme format, capacity and prior approval.
Will the Network provide business leads?+
The Network may facilitate curated introductions where there is genuine relevance. Membership does not guarantee leads, sales, contracts, referrals, investments or partnerships.
Can I market my services to other members?+
Not through unsolicited mass promotion. Bulk messages, repeated cold pitches, unsolicited campaigns, scraping contacts and aggressive selling are not permitted.
Will I get access to the membership database?+
Members may receive appropriate access to member profiles or a private member environment as the Network develops. This information must not be treated as a marketing or prospecting database.
Does membership guarantee coverage in The CEO Magazine?+
No. Membership does not automatically guarantee magazine features, interviews, cover stories, authored articles, awards, rankings or speaking positions.
Will members receive thought-leadership opportunities?+
Selected members may periodically be considered for authored insights, expert panels, podcasts, interviews, research, roundtables and speaking opportunities based on relevance, requirements and availability.
Can commercial media opportunities be purchased separately?+
Where The CEO Magazine offers advertising, branded-content or commercial promotional opportunities, these may be discussed separately and remain independent of membership.
Is confidentiality mandatory?+
Yes, especially within CEO Peer Councils and private member conversations.
What happens if someone misuses the Network?+
The Network may review, warn, suspend or terminate membership in cases involving serious or repeated breaches of confidentiality, professional conduct, unsolicited solicitation, harassment, misrepresentation, misuse of member data or conduct damaging to the community.
Can membership be cancelled?+
A member may choose not to renew. Membership may also be suspended or terminated where conduct or eligibility no longer aligns with standards.
Are membership fees refundable?+
Applications are reviewed before payment is requested. Once membership is approved, paid and activated, fees are generally intended to be non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to applicable law and final membership terms.
Which chapter is launching first?+
Delhi NCR Founding Chapter.
Will there be other chapters?+
The long-term vision includes future expansion across Indian cities and eventually international leadership connections, but the immediate focus is building a strong Delhi NCR Founding Chapter first.
Are Dubai or Singapore chapters already confirmed?+
No. The Network has a globally connected ambition, but no international chapter should be considered confirmed unless officially announced.
