Where the Network Begins.
Every network needs a first room, a first conversation and a first group of leaders willing to build something before the wider world knows what it may become. For The CEO Magazine Leadership Network, that beginning is Delhi NCR.
The Delhi NCR Founding Chapter will bring together a carefully selected community of CEOs, Founders, Promoters, Managing Directors, Business Owners and accomplished decision-makers from one of India's most dynamic business regions.
Delhi NCR sits at the intersection of multiple business worlds: corporate headquarters, family-owned enterprises, manufacturing businesses, technology companies, professional-services firms, startups, multinational corporations, exporters, consumer businesses, infrastructure companies, healthcare enterprises, financial institutions and policy ecosystems.
It brings together traditional enterprise and emerging entrepreneurship — scale and ambition, India and the world.
One Chapter. Multiple Business Ecosystems.
The objective is not to build separate communities prematurely. It is to first create a strong regional leadership network capable of generating meaningful relationships across the NCR.
Applicants would ordinarily represent organisations with annual revenue of ₹3 crore or above, with appropriate discretion for exceptional growth-stage founders and business leaders. Every applicant remains subject to membership review.
The First 50 Leaders of the Chapter
The inaugural group will help establish the culture, quality of interaction, standard of Peer Councils, nature of member experiences, spirit of contribution and reputation of the Chapter.
Founding rate protected for the first three membership years. Limited to 50 approved members of the Delhi NCR Founding Chapter.
Growth alone is not the objective. We would rather ask whether members know one another, trust one another, return to meetings, find conversations valuable, develop meaningful relationships and recommend the Network to another CEO they respect.
The Chapter Experience
The Chapter's first CEO Peer Councils will be formed from suitable Founding Members. Each Council is expected to include approximately 10-12 leaders meeting once every month.
Formation Principle
A strong Council cannot be created by an algorithm alone. It requires judgement.
Local proximity enables members to meet regularly, build familiarity, attend dinners, make introductions, visit one another's organisations, collaborate and learn together. Over time, members may interact across other Indian chapters, sector communities, inter-city programmes, domestic delegations, global business communities and overseas leadership exchanges.
Build locally. Connect nationally. Think globally.
India-First. Globally Connected.
The CEO Magazine Leadership Network is being introduced alongside The CEO Magazine Business Conclave & Leadership Awards 2026 in New Delhi. This moment marks the beginning of the Founding 50 journey and development of the Delhi NCR Founding Chapter.
"The event is not the destination. It is the starting point."
- Established leaders who bring experience
- Growth-stage entrepreneurs who bring ambition
- Family-business leaders who bring continuity and perspective
- First-generation founders who understand creation
- Next-generation leaders who understand transformation
- Cross-industry decision-makers who see problems differently
The result should be a room where members have enough in common to relate — and enough difference to learn.
There will only ever be one first Chapter, one inaugural cohort and one Founding 50. Years from now, if the Network grows across India and beyond, the Delhi NCR Founding Chapter should remain recognised as the community where it began.
The first room. The first relationships. The first fifty leaders.
