— Membership

Built for Leaders Who Carry the Responsibility of Decisions.

The CEO Magazine Leadership Network is a curated community for business leaders who are not simply part of an organisation, but responsible for shaping its direction. Membership is designed primarily for CEOs, Founders, Promoters, Managing Directors, Business Owners and qualifying Directors who want to learn from credible peers, build trusted relationships and contribute meaningfully to a leadership community.

Membership Principle

This is not an open-membership networking platform. Every application is reviewed.

—  Eligibility

Important

Meeting the revenue benchmark does not automatically guarantee membership. Membership is based on both eligibility and fit.

—  Beyond the Title

What We Look For Beyond Designation

K

Decision-Making Authority

Members should carry genuine responsibility for important organisational decisions.

K

Business Experience

Members should bring experiences, perspectives and lessons that may be valuable to fellow leaders.

K

Growth Orientation

The Network is intended for leaders who continue to learn, evolve and build.

K

Integrity & Reputation

Professional conduct and business reputation matter.

K

Contribution Mindset

The best members do not only ask "What will I get?" They also ask "What can I contribute?"

K

Respect for Confidentiality

Members may encounter sensitive conversations. Respect for confidentiality is essential.

K

Respect for Relationships

The Network is designed around relationships, not aggressive selling.

— Fit Matters Both Ways

Who May Not Be the Right Fit?

Individuals whose primary objective is collecting sales leads

Accessing member contact data

Repeatedly soliciting members

Obtaining guaranteed awards

Mass-promoting products or services to members

Joining only for a designation or badge

Obtaining guaranteed media coverage

Seeking guaranteed investments or business contracts

Commercial relationships may certainly emerge. But they should emerge from trust, relevance and mutual interest.

— Membership Categories

Two Categories, One Standard

Founding Membership

₹75,000

+ GST · Per Annum

Available to the first 50 approved members of the Delhi NCR Founding Chapter. Qualifying Founding Members receive their founding annual membership rate for their first three membership years, subject to timely renewal, continued eligibility and good standing.

Regular Membership

To Be Introduced

Regular membership will be introduced as the Network develops beyond its inaugural cohort. Membership pricing, eligibility and programme structure may evolve as future chapters and experiences are introduced.

Individual Membership. Organisational Relevance.

Membership is granted to the individual business leader, not the organisation. An organisation may pay the membership fee on behalf of its CEO, Founder, Director or approved executive, but the membership remains attached to the approved individual.

Membership Status: Named. Personal. Non-Transferable.

— Curation

Why Is Membership Curated?

If everyone can enter simply by paying a fee, eventually the fee becomes the only qualification. That is not what we want to build.

Leadership Level

Comparable responsibilities among peers.

Community Balance

Healthy mix of industries, experiences and perspectives.

Competitive Conflicts

Where practical, direct competitors separated within Peer Councils.

Contribution

The applicant should strengthen the community.

Reputation

Other members should feel comfortable developing trusted relationships with the person.

Our objective is not to make membership unnecessarily difficult. It is to make membership worth having.

— Frequently Asked Eligibility Questions

My company is below ₹3 crore in revenue. Can I still apply?

Yes. ₹3 crore is the normal qualifying benchmark rather than an absolute barrier. Exceptional founders and leaders may be considered based on growth, funding, organisational scale, market impact, innovation or other relevant factors.

My company is above ₹3 crore. Is membership automatic?

No. Revenue establishes only one part of eligibility. Every application remains subject to review.

Can a senior corporate executive join without owning the company?

Potentially. Select C-suite and Director-level executives with significant enterprise responsibility may be considered.

Can consultants, lawyers, financial advisers or agency founders join?

Yes, provided they meet the overall leadership and business criteria. Community composition will be managed so the Network does not become primarily a service-provider sales network.

Can more than one person from the same organisation become a member?

Normally, the Network should prioritise one principal leader per organisation within a chapter or Peer Council. Exceptions may be considered where roles and community fit justify them.

Can my company pay for my membership?

Yes. The membership may be invoiced to an organisation while remaining personally assigned to the approved member.

— A Simple Test

Is This Network Right for You?

— The quality of your conversations influences the quality of your decisions.
— Strong relationships are built before they are needed.
— You still have something to learn, regardless of what you have achieved.
— Your experience can help another leader.
— Trust matters more than the number of contacts in your phone.
